FAQ
Questions we get asked
How much does it cost to build a mobile app?
It depends on scope — a focused MVP and a marketplace with payments are very different builds. Tell us what you’re building and you get a clear, fixed estimate after a free scoping call, before you commit to anything.
How long does it take to launch?
A first version is usually measured in months, not weeks — the exact timeline depends on scope, and you get a realistic one together with the estimate. Along the way there’s a working build on your phone every week.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. The full source code, designs, and documentation are yours — written into the contract.
Who owns the App Store, Google Play, and cloud accounts?
They’re created in your name from day one. We work as team members on your accounts, so you’re never locked in.
How do we communicate during the build?
Directly with the people building your product — a shared channel, a new build on your phone at a steady cadence, and straight answers when something changes.
What if we need to stop mid-project?
Work is billed by milestone. Stop at any milestone and keep everything produced so far — code, designs, and documentation.
What happens after launch?
A support agreement with set response times covers fixes, OS updates, and improvements — or we hand over cleanly to your own team.
What if Apple rejects the app?
We handle review, rejections, and resubmissions as part of launch. It’s included — never an extra.
Native or cross-platform — how do you choose?
Whichever fits the product: Swift and Kotlin when it needs the full depth of the platform, Flutter or React Native when one codebase ships faster for the same result.
Can you take over an existing app?
Yes. We audit the code, stabilise what’s live, and either take over the roadmap or rebuild it properly — without losing your users.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happily. We keep client names off our site by default — your project stays yours to announce.
